I originally painted this person about three or so years ago. The picture is still on the website. She was wearing a see-through blouse and was seated on a blue settee in my home. Since then I had pretty much lost contact with Hazel, but recently we resurrected our contact and she sent me some photographs recently taken of herself. They were stunning. She is more beautiful than ever, and as requested I have tried to paint her from one of the pictures. There were a few problems. The file was small and digitised when I tried to expand it, so I had to work from what was a very small black and white image. I have however done my best.
