MInehead

£90.00£350.00

I recently spent a few days in MInehead, and whilst there, on one of the rare sunny and dry mornings I sat and looked at this scene and did a water colour and pen sketch of it, as well as taking a few photographs.

Reviewing the collected material when I returned home I really liked this image. I love the tents in the background. This is in fact Butlin’s Holiday camp, but from a distance it could be anything.

Despite the chill it looks almost Mediterranean in it’s composition ,which is what I find appealing.
